One on One Mentoring is a unique mentoring program supports youth ages 12-24 in setting and achieving life goals in our five achievement areas: home, health, education, career, and personal development. We train each Mentor with skills to be there for their youth - not as parents or authority figures, but as people who support them in achieving their self-set goals and aspirations. The mentor-mentee commitment is a minimum of 12 months, but it can last a lifetime. Mentors and Mentee meet at least twice a month and are required to communicate (by phone, email, text, etc.) once a week.
